This fact combined with 25 years experience working with all of the major brands of marine generators resulted in our decision to become a dealer for Kohler marine generators. It is our professional judgement that Kohler marine generators provide an outstanding source for a full range of both diesel and gas powered, dependable underway AC power.
As a small business that is committed to client service and satisfaction, we specialize in providing value added marine systems services. Our emphasis is providing professional marine electrical services, which of necessity includes marine generators and related parts.
Knowing first hand the problems related to finding parts for older generators, when we had the opportunity to acquire a stock of older Kohler generator parts, we took it. These parts include some dating back to the 70s including L600 and L654 models. Most of these parts are listed here and offered for sale.
Time permitting, we have attempted to locate needed parts, drawing on our knowledge of alternate sources. More often than not we have been successful and identified sources for replacement parts for clients.
As the result of interest we have expanded the parts services we offer which now include the following:
- Replacement parts for Kohler P/N 241278, “Cap, Manifold” and P/N 240165, “Gasket, Exhaust Manifold” are now available in stock. These are hard to find parts for the Kohler L600 and L654 engines that are no longer available from Kohler. These aftermarket parts are quality replacements for key components used on many of the marine generators built by Kohler between 1952 and 1988.
- Assistance, by e-mail & telephone, to help in troubleshooting your generator or identifying needed parts.
The parts we have in stock are listed on our “Kohler Parts Availability List.” In addition to hard to find older parts, we are a Kohler marine generator dealer providing generator parts, service and sales and our stock of the current parts needed for generator service and repair are also included in this list. The “Quantity” column shows available parts. The price of our parts are generally under “retail list price,” plus you pay the shipping cost and for orders under $100 there is a service & handling fee of $ 5.00 . When we have a part in our inventory we try to send out orders on a next day basis.

Since there are many different Kohler generator models with hundreds variations to each model, please provide us as much of the key generator ID information as you can, so we can provide you with the information you need. In addition to knowing the generator model, specification # and serial #, that is usually found on a data plate attached to the generator or on most current models it is also on the top of the controller. Other information that often helps is: type of fuel (gas/diesel), age of generator, number of cylinders, type of use (boat, RV, standby, etc.). Also, don’t forget to include your name, phone number and location.
